Meet a HR or Team head
The next stage is likely to be an interview, either online or face-to-face, with the manager who's hiring for your role. Here, we'll be looking to see how you fit with the department and the role. You'll also have a chance to know more about DomatoBookCo. from the inside.

Discovery Call
Team Head
For some roles we use evaluations to get to know you better. These might assess your cognitive abilities, such as numeric or logical reasoning or help us understand your learning preferences, natural strengths and aspirations. Depending on the role, you might also be asked to do a case study or practical test. The nature and timing of the evaluation will vary depending on the role you are applying to and it will be clearly explained to you beforehand.

In this stage, you'll have a conversation with our Human Resources team. This round focuses on understanding your cultural fit, communication style, values and alignment with Domato Book Co.'s mission. We'll discuss your career goals, workplace expectations and clarify any details about the role or organization. It's also a space for you to ask questions about our work culture, policies and what it's like to be a part of the Domato family.

Meet Manager & Upper level authorities
Reaching this stage means you've impressed us so far now it's time to meet the wider Domato team. This round brings together key people you might work closely with, giving everyone a chance to ensure it's the right match. It's not just about us getting to know you better it's also your opportunity to see if Domato feels like the right place for your next chapter.
